No, sometimes group fares are more if the flights have limited availability.
Typically, you have until 95 -100 days prior to travel to reduce the size of your group. After that point, the deposit for the non-utilized seats could be lost.
For Teams of fewer than 10 people, a group leader should collect the following information to make a flight request:
- The full name as it appears on the passport
- Date of birth
- Gender of the passenger
These vary by airline and by destination. A link to that information is always given at the bottom of each itinerary and can be found on the airline’s website.
We have contracts with airlines that service all continents, so we can get you wherever you want to go (within international travel limitations).
We focus on providing air travel for humanitarian, faith-based, medical missions, and corporate humanitarian travel.
The cancellation policy will depend on the rules of the fare which will be outlined to the specific travel.

Airfares differ dependent upon on the travel dates and itinerary.
Email us at info@3.17.179.106 with the scope of your travel plans, dates, city pairs, number of travelers, and date flexibility. If you already have the team in place then we need the full passport names of all travelers (first, middle, last) as well as their gender and dates of birth.
We provide travel for both individuals and groups. For some destinations we will need a minimum of ten travelers but for others, one person can take advantage of the our humanitarian pricing.
